You’ll find a record of your BOI Transcript in your online client account under “Documents”. PLEASE DOWNLOAD THIS DOCUMENT IMMEDIATELY ONCE UPLOADED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. Failure to download the document within this 90 day window will require you to purchase a subsequent BOI Amended Report filing.
